 What is the standard time of check-in and check-out?

Check-in time starts at 3:00 PM, and check-out time is by 11:00 AM.

 Can I use the early check-in or late check-out service?

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability on the day and may incur additional charges. Please contact our staff for arrangements.

  Can I keep my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Yes, our service center staff can assist with luggage storage by issuing a luggage tag.

How long does it take for credit card deposit authorization cancellation?  

The authorization will be canceled on the day of check-out, and it will take approximately 7-14 business days for the amount to be refunded to your credit card.         

Can I send the parcel to the concierge before arriving at the hotel?

Yes, please include your full name or booking confirmation number for verification.

 Can I get currency exchange in the hotel?

The front desk can assist with currency exchange, providing exchange from foreign currency to TWD only

Where is the safety box?

The in-room safety box is an embedded type, located in the bedside cabinet next to the bathroom.

 Is there a plug adapter in the guest room?

 Plug adapters are available upon request from housekeeping.

Can I smoke in the guest room?

The entire hotel is non-smoking.

What services in the guest room need extra payment?

Mini-bar items are charged unless otherwise stated in a specific package.

How much does it cost to dial an outside line? 

How to dial the outside line?

To dial an outside line from the in-room phone, press 0 followed by the number. 

Rates vary by region and country, and the system will automatically calculate the charges.

Can I take the amenities away? For example, bathrobe, yukata, mug.

Disposable amenities can be taken away.

Is there an extra rollaway bed service in the room? 

Can I put together two single beds?

An extra bed costs NT$2300 per night (excluding breakfast), and the bed size is 120cm x 200cm. Not all room types can accommodate an extra bed, please contact the reservations department for confirmation.

How to use in-room dining service?

You can order by calling the in-room service button or using the QR code on the main page of the TV screen. Service hours are from 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM.

Can I request a baby cot and other baby amenities?

The hotel provides baby cribs, baby bathtubs, and sterilizers (no baby toiletries provided). Due to limited availability, please inquire in advance.

Is there a heater or dehumidifier in the room?

There is no heater or dehumidifier in the room, but these can be provided upon request by the housekeeping department. All rooms are equipped with air purifiers.

What is the rule for bed occupancy?

Children under 12 can stay free without an extra bed, but no additional amenities or breakfast will be provided (if the reservation includes breakfast)

 Does the room have a bathtub?

All room types have bathtubs.

 Can I borrow a stroller or wheelchair?

The hotel does not provide strollers. Wheelchairs are available for borrowing from the service center but can only be used within the hotel.
