The Okura Prestige Taipei would like to remind you that we will not use phone calls to perform any of the following actions:
-Refunding for incorrect quantities of purchased tickets or goods.
-Requesting changes to payment methods or additional payment of transaction amounts.
-Instructing credit card refunds, bank ATM transfers, or online banking transfers due to transaction system issues or credit card overcharges, as per phone instructions.
-Claiming that your booking information has been hacked and that a refund will be made to your designated account.
-Falsely claiming exclusive offers provided by the hotel.
Please remain vigilant and avoid falling victim to deception.
※ If you receive unclear or suspicious phone calls or messages making the above requests, do not provide any information. You may contact The Okura Prestige Taipei for verification and promptly report to the "165 Anti-Fraud Consultation Line" of the Criminal Investigation Bureau to prevent fraud.
